Niyi Ogunsanya & Associates which is fully incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is a firm of Estate Surveyors, Valuers , Estate Agents and Real Estate Consultants in Nigeria with its Head Office in Osogbo, Osun State.

We handle all manners of duties within the Building Industry and especially in Estate Surveying and Valuation Profession. We are a member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) with registration number A01935.

It would be recalled that ESVARBON is body set up by Decree No. 24 of 1975, now CAP E13 LFN 2007, which is the only Authority recognized for Certification and Registration of persons or firms qualified to practice the Profession of Estate Surveying and Valuation in Nigeria.

Apart from having been certificated by ESVARBON, we are also an accredited member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), the Professional body Estate Surveying and Valuation in Nigeria with registration number M01798.

Upon the premise that Estate Surveyors and Valuers are the only professionals in this country authorized by law to place value on any property, our firm carries out valuations for all types of landed properties and for all purposes namely

Sales and Purchase;

Mortgage;

Compulsory Acquisition and Compensation;

Insurance & Risk Transfer;

Land Use Charges;

Rental and Letting;

Balance sheet/Financial Accounts; etc.

Aside the foregoing, we also engage in the letting or leasing of landed properties such as residential outfits, housing estate, commercial office blocks and complexes, shopping complexes, warehouses through rightly and painstakingly selecting tenants. As such, we advise our clients appropriately on the values of their properties for above mentioned purposes, among others.

Our management outfits therefore, are among others, the following:

Rent collection;

Maintenance and carrying out improvement schemes for the properties;

Keeping of property and up-to-date records with a view to ensuring quick notices of renewals of rents, as well as determination of tenancies thereon;

Arranging for prompt re-letting of properties vacated by tenants due to eviction of time or deliberate vacation of properties to guide against unduly extended void;

Carrying out periodic and routine inspection to tenanted properties to determine and attend to identified needs of tenants promptly apart from ensuring that tenancy covenants are adhered to;

We ensure prompt liaising with the firm�s legal retainers/solicitors for all legal agreements and deeds preparation apart from seeking legal advices as and when necessary;

We as Real Estate Agents leased out Housing Units to Individuals, Corporate Bodies, Institutions and Government/Quasi-Government Agencies. We also manage various types of properties for Individuals, Firms, Banks, Companies, Corporations, Local, State and Federal Governments.
